I have been cooking Asian food since the age of 17 and have been fortunate enough to work in many counties including Malaysia, Thailand, China and Hong Kong.

I took the decision to turn my passion into a business and so Swaledale Thai Cookery was born.

I am very lucky to live and work in beautiful Swaledale and our goal is to show people that they can create amazing meals using only natural ingredients.

We now live in a world that is fast paced with fast foods which often have additives and flavourings added, which we consider are not necessary and can in some people, cause adverse effects.          

Thai cooking for me is about experiencing food that is authentic to its origins, producing both wonderful tastes and aromas using fresh ingredients.    

Cooking is just about confidence and I want to inspire people to believe they can create great food, not just for family but also for friends.        

Cooking will no longer feel like a chore!
